January 20, 2007, Houston, TX - AdvanceOnline Solutions, Inc. announces a partnership agreement with the Georgia Trucking Association (GTMA) to promote web-based courses approved by the U. S. Department of Transportation (DOT).

The Georgia Motor Trucking Association (GMTA) will offer its members a range of DOT/TSI branded Motor Carrier Safety Compliance Web-based courses along with the highly regarded hazardous materials (HM) courses. The Motor Carrier Safety courses are exclusively developed in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Transportation's (DOT) Transportation Safety Institute (TSI) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. AdvanceOnline, Inc is the only online training site used by the Transportation Safety Institute (TSI) for delivery of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) training. The web-based courses are an alternative to traditional classroom training and are targeted to supervisors and drivers. These web-based courses provide a cost effective and convenient way of training.

The partnership will be beneficial and provide cutting edge online training to the members of GMTA. The Web-based training will take place in a customized state-of-the-art Learning Management System (LMS) featuring a user-friendly interface, automated recordkeeping, online report generation and the ability to assign training roles to individuals of members' companies that enroll with AdvanceOnline Solutions, Inc.

DOT/TSI Online Courses

The DOT/TSI courses are divided into two distinct series. A Management series enables transportation professionals, including safety directors, supervisors, operations managers, drivers, shop foremen, and other management officials, to better understand the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's regulations. TSI has given special emphasis to all of the Acute & Critical Regulations upon which a motor carrier's safety rating is determined. The Driver series also addresses Federal Motor Carrier Regulations, and emphasizes specific driver responsibilities. A Master Certificate from the TSI is also available to all who complete either series of courses.
